Keeping the records of participants in your company’s
retirement plan up-to-date can be time-consuming. New participants
enter the plan, others leave the plan; employees change addresses
or other key information, or choose to modify asset allocations.
Actuarial Service Company will take on these responsibilities, freeing
your company of the burden—and the paperwork—of maintaining
these records.
We’ll handle all the paperwork required to
enroll new participants, as well as process retirement applications,
name and address changes, and requests for rollovers, lump sum distributions,
investment changes, and loans. We’ll also take care of any
required mailings to plan participants.
